I hit a jackpot and wanted to withdraw 7000 . They won’t let you withdraw all at once so I submitted 3 withdraws BTC 2,000

I got the 2000 thru coin draw .
Now I have been waiting on the next 2500 withdraw since the 10th of May. It is over the timeframe for their withdraw process. I have contacted support and all the say is they are escalating it . Well it hasn’t come . And I still will have another 2500 that they won’t do anything with until this one has been paid .
