On the 21st of September I was informed via email that my withdrawal was sent to the processors and it would take 7 - 15 days for wire transfer to reach my bank account. It’s been 21 days and still nothing
Payout was only 2x $400 but due to bonuses that dwindled down to the first payment being $185 as they had taken out the 5 bonuses of $43x5 totalling $215 used to accumulate this total of $400 x2
4 bonuses were used on the first $400 withdrawal and x1 for the second withdrawal but they have taken all 5 bonus deductions from the first withdrawal?
I had been informed that they could only process it one at a time but both withdrawals disappeared at the same time from the account and now nothing? No pending payout showing anymore.
It’s like they make you plead and beg for your winnings.
This is definitely the worse gambling site I have experienced online and it has put me off gambling online. This site is giving online gambling a bad reputation.

I'm very sorry for the frustration you've experienced with this.

I've checked on your account and I do see both of your withdrawals have already been paid:

09/20 Paid $177.50 + $7.50 Service Fee for transaction #22717906
10/03 Paid $387.50 + $12.50 Service Fee for transaction 22717959

By now you should have received both wires in your account.

Beyond this, there are no further withdrawals to be approved or paid.
