Stalling withdrawal process
Withdrawals approved 20.11.18 (originally totally $7700, reduced to $7602- presumably fees).. withdrawal request submitted several days earlier.
Several communications both online thru Live chat and via support on email, confirmed approvals.. live chat say the finance department were responsible for the hold up (after the allocated business days for processing etc had passed) I was then requested to submit my documents to update file, which I did, again, I had previously uploaded these (and they’d been approved for first withdrawal claim less than 3 mths ago.)
Further communications advised that funds would appear any day now. That was last week..
Raging bull has an efficient depositing process - yet absolutely the most appalling withdrawals process.!
Quit stalling and pay my withdrawals please, I won these well within the casino rules/terms/conditions..
