I've been receiving all of your emails and have been forwarding them off to our Affiliate Manager. I messaged him again this morning about this and this was his reply:
"That affiliate is stopped and I guess this is the spill...we were very specific to stop"
Fingers crossed this will finally be over with. If you're still having issues, please continue to forward the emails to me.
