I made a withdrawal for a mere $ 200 AUD on the 16th of November 2020. I have spoken to customer service through live chat multiple times who have told me that my withdrawal has been escalated, but not addressed and that they are waiting for a response. It is now the 2nd of January, a month and a half later. This is far too long :(

You'll be pleased to know that your payment was sent to our processor, Wednesday: 1/6 Paid $100 + no Service Fees for transaction 66976508. I would expect you'll find the funds in your account towards the beginning of next week.
Regarding the difference in your requested withdrawal amount, this is because you received a bonus which had a maximum cashout of $60. Because our minimum payout amount is $100, this is the amount which has been paid.
