Apparently there was a slight glitch with your payment, however, our processor sorted things out and confirmed the wire was completed on the 15th. I would expect the funds are in your account by now.
Regarding live chat, I've looked into this and there is nothing blocking you from using this feature. I'm not certain what has caused the issue, but it's nothing from our side.
