Ridiculous delays with withdrawal requests and payments
I made 7 withdrawal requests of $2,500 and one request of $1,500 on December 20, 2019. Not only have they delayed approval of my requests, they then split the request in half and then delay sending it to processor. To date I have only received $2,250 of my requests. It has been over 10 business days since their last approval of a withdrawal and all I get from them is "we apologise for the delays" and "thank you for your patience" but I am losing patience quickly. In all (with additional withdrawals I have made and a couple of cancelled withdrawals) they still owe me $20,500.00 and at this rate, it'll take them 10 years to pay me. I would like my payments escalated and not split in half.
