I have withdrawal on 11/12/19 and I sent my documents and was verfied and approved on 1/6/20 they told me it would be in my account 7 to 10 business days..I never received my withdrawal when I went live chat they revoked my account...if there anything u can do please help me my withdrawal is 750 they kept telling me I would have it any day they have lied and scammed me

Hi David--
I've looked into your account and I see that your deposit was uncollected--your bank never paid the charge. As a result, you would not be eligible for your withdrawal.
Further, your account was closed as it was found that you have multiple accounts with our casino (which would have voided your winnings, as well):

5. Only one real account per Player is permitted. Multiple accounts will be closed. Players who register multiple accounts (including accounts with different personal details) will not be eligible to receive any winnings, and all withdrawals will be cancelled.
