Refusing to pay whole amount

Hello, my name is Luke.

I won and all doc are in verified and approved. Total was $5400 and made first withdrawal of $2000. All was approved, waited the twenty four hour and bam - there was $119 bucks added to bitcoin. That’s not $2000, so contact cs and they told me that I had bonus money, which is true. I had 3$ left from a bonus. I was about to run out so I deposited $25. Takes ten - twenty min usually for Bitcoin go through.

Went right In that day, so I contact cs to see if will affect me. No they say, they say it won’t deposit money until there is $1 or less of bonus. Well so I play bonus is gone, my money is almost gone to that I just deposited down to like 5 bucks the. I hit hit again and again. Said not gonna pay but did pay some and what they paid is over the max amount for any bonus, so how can they change amount won pick and choose who to pay I have prove

Hi Luke--

I've reviewed your account and the payment issued to you was correct. I'll explain...

On 2/16, you had a balance of six cents in your account. You redeemed a free chip in the amount of $40, which carried a $100 maximum cashout amount.

The next morning (2/17), you had a balance of $33.49 and you made a Bitcoin deposit in the amount of $25. This would be considered mixing funds, as you still had funds from the free chip. Mixing funds is expressly not allowed.

Here are the relevant terms involved:

NO DEPOSIT BONUSES (FREE CHIPS, FREE SPINS)

3. Unless otherwise stated, the maximum withdrawal amount from any No Deposit Bonus is 1 time the face value of the bonus, with a minimum of $100. All free chips valued below $50 will come with a cash-out limit of no more than, nor less than, $100.

13. While mixing deposits and a free bonus is not allowed, we are aware that this may happen from time to time. If, for whatever reason, you make a deposit while using a No Deposit Bonus (e.g. Free Chip, Free Spins offer, etc.), the wagering requirements and maximum allowed cash-out of the no deposit bonus will still apply.

---

It is the combination of the free chip and the $25 Bitcoin deposit that you built your withdrawal amount. Even with the mixing of funds, because you had the free chip in play, you would only be eligible for the $100 maximum cashout amount. Our Payments Manager was certainly more than fair by refunding your $25 deposit, along with honoring the $100 withdrawal amount.

2/17 Paid $125 ($100 maximum cashout amount) + $25 (BTC deposit refund) - $6 Service Fee.

I've sent AskGamblers management a copy of your transaction history, as well as a copy of the terms of the coupon you redeemed as proof that what I've stated is accurate.

All the best,

Tawni

Withdrawal Blocked Because Required Wire Method Is Unavailable

Hello AskGamblers Complaint Team,

I am asking for your assistance again regarding my $2,500 withdrawal from Raging Bull Casino, originally requested on August 17, 2026.

I want to clarify that I have been cooperating with Raging Bull and have attempted to follow their withdrawal instructions.

I initially requested my withdrawal through Bitcoin, but Raging Bull told me that because my debit card was my primary deposit method, the withdrawal had to be processed by bank wire.

I then provided my bank wire information for bank as instructed.

Raging Bull subsequently told me that they are unable to process transfers to bank at this time and instructed me to provide another bank account, along with a recent bank statement.

I contacted Raging Bull through live chat and asked why the wire could not be processed and requested escalation. Their representative told me:

“I don't see the exactly reason why we can't do wire transfers at the moment my apologies.”

I have now received another email from Raging Bull dated September 4, 2026, again confirming that they cannot process the wire to bank and asking me to provide a different bank account.

This leaves me in a situation where Raging Bull requires my withdrawal to be processed by wire, but the wire method they require is not available to my bank.

I have therefore asked Raging Bull to make a one-time exception and allow my $2,500 withdrawal to be paid through Bitcoin, since the required wire method cannot currently be completed.

I am willing to complete any reasonable verification required. I am not refusing to cooperate with the casino. I am simply asking for a workable payment method to receive my winnings.

My previous AskGamblers complaint was rejected because I was encouraged to cooperate with the casino's suggested payment method. I want to make clear that I did attempt to follow that payment method, but Raging Bull itself has stated that it cannot send the required wire to my bank.

Requested resolution:

I respectfully ask AskGamblers to assist me in obtaining my $2,500 withdrawal, preferably by allowing Raging Bull to process it through Bitcoin as a one-time exception, or by helping establish another reasonable payment method that I can actually use.

I can provide screenshots of my conversations and Raging Bull's September 4 email confirming the issue.

Thank you for reviewing my complaint and helping me find a resolution.

Raging Bull casino redundancydelay tactics
I have one and been paid by this Casino in the past and also been denied. I stopped playing there because the runaround they gave you but they kept messaging me and claiming that they’ve changed their policies and they’re fast now blah blah blah anyhow so I’ve deposited a few times and I won going on. I think 67 days now and I’ve heard nothing from them and I know that first thing they’re gonna say is all we need to verify well they already have my information. Nothing has changed my address. My drivers license is all the same as it was six months ago when they paid me for a winning and also I’m not sure why, but my account was under my first and last name but now it’s and letters, which seems odd. I deposited it with liitecoin cryptocurrency through my Coinbase wallet. When making the deposit it told me to choose light coin because it would make withdrawing fast easy and seamless, but when I went to withdraw, the light coin option was not available so I had to choose bitcoin which since suspect they’re always trying to pull something at this Casino tactics redundancy and frates annoying especially because I stopped playing there and they pulled me back in and then I won and now they’re doing the same thing I attached my withdraw request and the only correspondence regarding my withdrawal which sent automatically and instantly once you request a cash out. I’ve messaged live chat and they say it’s been received but can’t tell me anything more.
