Refusing to let me withdrawal
I requested a withdrawal from raging bull casino on 12/17/23. I was told seven business days to process the withdrawal request. I waited seven business days (including christmas), and on the eighth business day, I reached out to customer service. They told me I needed to resubmit my documents for approval. Mind you, that’s the third time I’ve had to do that. They told me to send it to a specific email address, and Wait for an approval confirmation number. So I waited again. Then I reached out to customer service. Once again, they told me I needed to resubmit my Verification of address. So I did that, and waited some more, and no confirmation number. So I reached out again, they proceeded to “escalate” my issue once again. They kept telling me to wait 24 hours. It is now January 3, 2024. I am being told today that I can no longer withdraw via bitcoin because I utilize a debit card to deposit. Nowhere in any of the rules does it state that. I utilize bitcoin because I don’t have a bank that allows wire transfers internationally. My withdrawal is $400. Just $400. I tested the waters to see if these guys were the real deal and this has been the most exhausting process. Why would you give me the option to withdraw the bitcoin if “I can’t withdraw that way”.
