I made a deposit with a bonus and I played the bonus all the way to $0 and they are saying I have no withdrawable amount and I have my proof. I took pictures of my account and you can clearly I do have a withdrawable amount. On the left side it shows balance $701 and under that bonus money $0 playthrough is $0 on the right it shows $701 withdrawals cash as I played the game I kept going in and checking my playthrough etc so I knew when it was played out.

Now this is what I’m being told. I don’t have a playthrough bonus to reach. Non cashable bonus either or it would had said on the bonus part on the left side .i did not play games that were not allowed hinge if games were not allowed to be played as part of the bonus they would have lock icon on game itself and as for using to many chips etc I have not used but 2 , 1 my first time playing and the other when I tried to cash out. They want me to deposit more money and I’m doing that until I get my winnings I feel like that is another type of scam .

I made a deposit with raging bull casino with a bonus coupon . I played through the bonus play and now they are telling me I have no withdrawable amount . No one will get back with me every time I go on chat they tell me I need to send front and back of my card etc and I have done that several times. It’s been 2 weeks since I played and no one has contacted me back on email or anything. I have a $701 withdrawable amount . They are delaying my withdraw for no reason. I have sent them prof of my license, myself and my card several times. No one will reach out to me .
