Hi trying to get my money payments off this casino i have sent all documents possible, I live in australia my passport is new zealand i have lived in australia for 20 years . the paper work i have sent them is enough in their minds to prove who i am . will attach all paper work sent , pay out for $750 and one for $2270 , first on the 12/12/2019 then 20/12/2019 both approved I have no more information i can send. to try to resolve this issue , they will take your money not a problem , but trying to get a payout , this has become a nightmare

Thanks for confirming that you've received your first wire. I do want to make clear that as I stated previously, we did not charge any fees on our end. The fee you were hit with would be either your own bank imposing a fee on the wire and/or conversion fees--we cannot be held responsible for fees outside of our control.
Your second withdrawal was sent off to our processor, Friday: 1/10 Paid AUD $2270 + no Service Fee for transaction #46321596. As processing is still a bit behind, I expect this will reach your account, early next week (quite possibly sooner).
