Raging Bull Casino withdrawal delayed since Jan 22nd
I submitted a withdrawal request on January 22nd 2024, I submitted all information and my account was verified and approved. I kept asking support for time frames and updates and escalations, and was hit with the same copy pasted response. My withdrawal wasn't approved until the 5th of February. Today, Feb. 8th 2024 I chatted with online support, and was told by the agent that my withdrawal was REQUESTED on the 5th. This is incorrect, as I have a notification proving the request was filed on Jan 22nd. This seems as though they believe I am careless and not monitoring the request. I have not received a hash number. I was told by one agent my withdrawal is approved and to wait and it will hit my account shortly. Now being told by another agent they just received my request. I would appreciate if the staff at Raging Bull casino would stop doing everything in their power to hold my withdrawal. Again, I was told it was approved, and am now being told otherwise seemingly to further delay my withdrawal. The Money has yet to hit my account, and the withdrawal is no longer pending, therefore not able to cancel. Please help me I would love and appreciate some assistance and clarification.
