Prolonging payout of $1,000 for too long

I've been trying to get this $1000 payout side March. After submitting required documents repeatedly for months and having to request my payout several times because they kept putting it back into my account without telling me, they tell me that they can't deposit into my bank account.

I was told to open another bank account. I told them I wasn't going to open another account. I was then told that's the only way and contact them once I do.

I wasn't given any suggestions on banks to use or anything. In fact, the response was kind of cold in my opinion. I'll attach a screenshot.

I went on to say that I would like to use Bitcoin. In response I was told that I would have to deposit with Bitcoin first before being able to receive a payout via Bitcoin. This exchange in emails was every 2-3 days, delaying the process even more. Why would I deposit if I'm waiting on a payout? Actually, I thought you couldn't deposit with a pending payout, until they told me that I could, which I'm skeptical about.

I then brought it to her attention that someone on AG was offered the Bitcoin option without having to deposit, what makes me any different? In fact, that person never used Bitcoin and rejected their offer. I'm still waiting on a response...

Overall, I just want my money. It's been way too long, and it's only $1000. Please help AG. Thanks in advance.

Hi Dalyon--

I apologize for the frustration you've been having with this.

Regarding Bitcoin, it's standard policy that we do not issue this form of payment unless the player has already deposited using this method--this is done in an effort to prevent player fraud/abuse. When a player ends up on my plate, I look at all involved and I'm able to assess risk and make the exception--our support staff cannot make this call.

In your case, yes, you will be able to be paid via Bitcoin. All I'll need is to receive your crypto address.

I've attached my email address (privately). Please send your crypto address directly to me. Once I receive this, I'll make sure your withdrawal is paid without delay.

All the best,

Tawni

Withdrawal Blocked Because Required Wire Method Is Unavailable

Hello AskGamblers Complaint Team,

I am asking for your assistance again regarding my $2,500 withdrawal from Raging Bull Casino, originally requested on August 17, 2026.

I want to clarify that I have been cooperating with Raging Bull and have attempted to follow their withdrawal instructions.

I initially requested my withdrawal through Bitcoin, but Raging Bull told me that because my debit card was my primary deposit method, the withdrawal had to be processed by bank wire.

I then provided my bank wire information for bank as instructed.

Raging Bull subsequently told me that they are unable to process transfers to bank at this time and instructed me to provide another bank account, along with a recent bank statement.

I contacted Raging Bull through live chat and asked why the wire could not be processed and requested escalation. Their representative told me:

“I don't see the exactly reason why we can't do wire transfers at the moment my apologies.”

I have now received another email from Raging Bull dated September 4, 2026, again confirming that they cannot process the wire to bank and asking me to provide a different bank account.

This leaves me in a situation where Raging Bull requires my withdrawal to be processed by wire, but the wire method they require is not available to my bank.

I have therefore asked Raging Bull to make a one-time exception and allow my $2,500 withdrawal to be paid through Bitcoin, since the required wire method cannot currently be completed.

I am willing to complete any reasonable verification required. I am not refusing to cooperate with the casino. I am simply asking for a workable payment method to receive my winnings.

My previous AskGamblers complaint was rejected because I was encouraged to cooperate with the casino's suggested payment method. I want to make clear that I did attempt to follow that payment method, but Raging Bull itself has stated that it cannot send the required wire to my bank.

Requested resolution:

I respectfully ask AskGamblers to assist me in obtaining my $2,500 withdrawal, preferably by allowing Raging Bull to process it through Bitcoin as a one-time exception, or by helping establish another reasonable payment method that I can actually use.

I can provide screenshots of my conversations and Raging Bull's September 4 email confirming the issue.

Thank you for reviewing my complaint and helping me find a resolution.

Raging Bull casino redundancydelay tactics
I have one and been paid by this Casino in the past and also been denied. I stopped playing there because the runaround they gave you but they kept messaging me and claiming that they’ve changed their policies and they’re fast now blah blah blah anyhow so I’ve deposited a few times and I won going on. I think 67 days now and I’ve heard nothing from them and I know that first thing they’re gonna say is all we need to verify well they already have my information. Nothing has changed my address. My drivers license is all the same as it was six months ago when they paid me for a winning and also I’m not sure why, but my account was under my first and last name but now it’s and letters, which seems odd. I deposited it with liitecoin cryptocurrency through my Coinbase wallet. When making the deposit it told me to choose light coin because it would make withdrawing fast easy and seamless, but when I went to withdraw, the light coin option was not available so I had to choose bitcoin which since suspect they’re always trying to pull something at this Casino tactics redundancy and frates annoying especially because I stopped playing there and they pulled me back in and then I won and now they’re doing the same thing I attached my withdraw request and the only correspondence regarding my withdrawal which sent automatically and instantly once you request a cash out. I’ve messaged live chat and they say it’s been received but can’t tell me anything more.
