Problems getting my withdrawal
I requested withdrawal on March 17th 2021. I've sent in all documents which have been verified. Sent in my bank wire info several times. Even had chat support "escalate" it to proper department several times and finally got a response that my withdrawal was denied because of lack of all info to the casino personnel. I have submitted another withdrawal request but i am asking for your help with this matter because I'm suspecting I'm going to keep going through the same problems with them
I have dozens of emails and chat transcripts telling me they've received the info but this was my end result. Getting denied for lack of info.
