I submitted a withdrawal back on 8/13 and another 2 on the 8/19. T&cs state 7 business days for approval. No one tells the truth says it will be approved any day now. Spoken to several customer service people on livr chat. Get a different story everytime. It's now been over 3 weeks. No response to emails sent to support email. Payments advise they have nothing to do with it although customer support says it's them that decided. Getting extremely frustrated and starring to thing RBC don't honour their payments.

We would also like to use the occasion and suggest to player to submit new complaint against the casino in question, in case something goes wrong with their outstanding payments which were not part of the current complaint.

Hi Tawni,
Can confirm I have finally received the funds for the transaction sent on the 10/7.
I have submitted 2 new withdrawals 10/19 for both 2500 AUD.
As a VIP level member I do not want to be given the run around by customer service again as I have done with my previous withdrawals so I kindly ask that you handle the 2 new ones with the same efficiency as you applied getting my last one through the line. I fear I will ask to resolve this complaint then go through the same thing again for me to come back on here and wait even longer so may i ask AG to leave this one open?

it's been over 7 business days and still no funds. First one done in 3 second one done in 5 3rd in 6 days now over 7 for the last one.
