I submitted 2 withdrawals on the 28th of January in the total amount of $1023. Terms and conditions say all withdrawals must be reviewed and approved within 7 business days yet nobody even looked at them and it’s been 3 weeks. I think rules should apply to both parties, not just the players!

Regarding the shortfall from your requested amount, this is because you received a bonus. All bonuses are non-withdrawable and as such, removed from your total withdrawal amount.
