I have already missed my weekly cash back for 2 weeks as it does not credit you if you have a pending withdrawal.
I have now not received my monthly cash back .
Your terms and conditions state 3-7 days for approval. It’s now been 12-13 days . I have requested 3 times now that this be escalated and each time I am told it will be .My account is full verified, I am a loyal customer and deposit quite a lot .
I would like my withdrawal Approved and my monthly cash back credited please

I was not making it into anything but simply asking what I believe is questionable.
I have been very loyal to this casino and it’s sister sites and spent a lot of moth into them despite the delays in withdrawals lately from all 3 casinos.
Your term and conditions state timelines for withdrawals but we are asking when a pending withdrawal will be approved 5 days past your 7 day terms and then asking where the withdrawal is weeks later is a little frustrating.
I can can confirm I have received it .
I would also like to add I now have new pending withdrawals and I’m really hoping I do not have to come back here for help .

No, this is not what I've said at all. There was an issue with how the processor received the information--it was a glitch. Please don't make this more than what it was.
With this in mind, the payment was confirmed by the processor on the 21st (we received confirmation a bit late) and you should have received the funds by now. Can you please confirm?
