Hi I won $7000 dollars on 7/1/2022.
It was won using a bonus that had no cashout limits and I had exceeded the required play through requirements.
It is now 5th February and still not been approved. I have asked every day about this via live chat and all they say is we are sorry it's taking so long and we hope it gets resolved soon.
