I have had a withdrawal request of $2250 since the 5th of December which is way past the processing time frame... I have regularly kept in touch with the casino through chat, I have been assured that my request has been put as a priority to the managers and payout team a couple of times but nothing has changed.
They have apologized for the delay and assured me my payment will be done in the asap but nothing has happened. It's been over a month of waiting. It's become very frustrating please help.

I'm pleased to tell you that your payment was sent to our processor, yesterday: 1/13 Paid AUD $2088.00 + no Service Fee for transaction #8324296. I would expect the funds will reach your account towards the middle of next week (possibly sooner).
Regarding the shortfall from your requested amount, this is because you received a bonus. All bonuses are non-withdrawable and as such, removed from your total withdrawal amount.
BTW--you have the best middle name. I have the same middle name, as well. ;-)
