Withdrawal has been pending since 10/26.
Successfully deposited via card that was verified. All verification has been verified.
I have a statement showing payment was made successfully if needed by my bank. Still no response after sending email, withdrawal still pending.
Previous payouts were done within 3 days no problem

Friday afternoon, our servers fell victim to cyber attacks. Our websites, casinos, emails and other assets were affected by this. Immediately, our IT's and security team began addressing this and by yesterday, 70% of our websites and casinos and some emails were back online. We've been working around the clock and hope to have everything resolved within the next 24 - 48 hours.
At the moment, I am simply responding to players to inform them of what has occurred. Later this week when I have full access to accounts, I'll be able to begin responding to players regarding their issues.
