Made 2 withdraw claims back on the 22nd of January for 2500 each. I've had one processed and they claim the money was sent with there service provider. The other one is still pending 9 days after first one was accepted. I've asked multiple times from people. Some help but others just send me the standard times claimer. Which I'm now past I might add. Just need some answers or to have this issue fixed. Love the games on their site but payout times are super hard to deal with.
