Hi.
On the 5th of September 2021I made a withdrawal request of $2500 and it still hasn't been prossesed yet it's been over the 10 days processing time stated by the casino.
I have made withdrawals in the past so it's got nothing to do with my verification details or anything like that, and I have msgd a few times and been told it has been escalated yet nothing is happening.
If someone could please help me to receive my funds that would be great.
