Payment of $350 delayed
Hi i requested a withdrawal of $350.00 on the 10/08/2019, i sent through the card verification form and then a week later was told i needed to send through identification which i did not think was needed considering this was not my first withdrawal with Raging Bull Casino, i then sent all my identification and since then i am still waiting for my winnings. The funds remained in the casino bank for quite some time, then finally got taken and i have been approved some time ago but still waiting for the deposit into my bank card. I have been told by live chat on numerous occasions that my case needs to be escalated so i have had to provide my bank details, swift code etc more than once. I was also told on one occasion that if i came back to the chat in 40mins i could get through to the approvals specialist team to discuss what has happened, i then continued to wait until 40mins was up and when i tried to get put through i was told by someone else that i could not speak with them and all they could do was escalate my problem again and once again get my payment details again. I am in need of this money and would really like to have it soon. I hope you can help, thank you.
