I received an email giving me free spins on new game Storm. I completed wagering and withdrew $101.00 on 21/08/2019. I have been to Live Chat many times to see why it is still showing as payment pending. They haven’t even started to process yet. Ask Gamblers can you help? It is not good enough. At this rate it will be over a month before payment is received.

I have just received a payment for $76.00. I’m guessing that is the $100 I won at Raging Bull. Not bad lose 25 per cent wait over 6 weeks. But have it.

No haven’t received any money. Six weeks nothing. Even with your help it is not what you would expect. Might I add was already verified when I withdrew. But they needed my wire details again which they had already used on a previous withdrawal that I had to get you help on. Badly run casino.
