Payment not sent for no transactions on bank
I submitted 2 withdrawal requests for $2500 each,one in 5/3 and one in 5/4,my bank account that I have had for 15 years USAA does not accept international wires so I had trouble with my initial withdrawal. I reached out to their customer service and they suggested opening an account from a list of bank that they had, so I did.
I completed the withdrawal requests waited the 7 business days and reached out to them when I had not heard anything. They said at that time I needed to send a photo of my passport and my credit card on file to verify my identity and even though I had already done this previously I complied. I waited 1-2 business days for them to process that and then I reached out and they said all was good and my deposit would be processed in 7-10 business days so I waited and then reached out again last week spoke to Dylan Griffin and I was told me I needed to submit a bank statement and a utility bill to again verify my identity I guess so I did that and he said to wait 1-3 business days. I reached out today and they are now saying my bank statement is rejected because there is no activity.
I explained to the agent Alexander Smith that it’s a new account opened specifically to receive these deposits and I didn’t understand they need to see transactions. He couldn’t tell me why just that it’s a note on my account. I asked for it escalated and he said there was no one to escalate it. I explained that I don’t need this bank account except to receive these deposits. He transferred me to a Franklin B and he wouldn’t help either just said they wouldn’t release my money unless I had a bank statement with transactions. I have submitted every document requested of me.
