Payment not received in given time frame
Hi, I am waiting on a payment from Raging Bull casino in the amount of $852. I have received emails from them stating that it was sent for payment on the 12th of July 2020 and has not been deposited into my account as yet. I understand the t&c state that it could take between 3-10 business days, which it is now past due. When I ask what is happening with it, they state that the payment is made by a third party and they have no contact with them. I find it difficult to believe that an organisation that outsources a very important part of their operation, would then have no way of contacting the third party. I have submitted my bank statement and a request for them to please look into the matter by email and I received a generic reply stating they have received my request and someone will be in contact in the next 3 days. I find it very unacceptable that it has taken so long to be paid. I understand the conditions of payment, but considering the funds I deposit to play are taken instantly from my bank account, but they seem to just tell me what they think I want to hear. I have received numerous payouts from them in the past and only once have I had a delay in payment, but was ultimately paid. I would appreciate any assistance that you can give me in retrieving this payment
