Since July 5,2021 my withdrawal status is showing as 1 withdrawal payout is in process. Since the beginning Live chat has a message that they are undergoing maintenance. I have inquired with customer support the same number I got from Slot madness and upon inquiry, I am advised to be patient my payout request is being escalated. Please find supporting documents.

Regarding the shortfall from your requested amount, this is because you received a bonus. All bonuses are non-withdrawable and as such, removed from your total withdrawal amount.
