Hi, i was approved for 2 withdrawals on 18/12/2018. One of $750 and the other for $258. I received the $750 on 02/01/2019 but have not received the $258 one as yet. I have emailed them 4 times in the last 2 days and am yet to even get acknowledgment that they have received my emails. It shouldn't take nearly 4 weeks to issue a payment, considering they take my deposit instantly.
Also i have a pending withdrawal ID1279000 that i requested at 12.41am New York time on 03/01/2019. It is still pending and today is the 10th so it has been 5 business days. All i ever get from live chat is that they will put in a request to have it made a priority before trying to get rid of you as quickly as possible. I am confident i will get my money, considering i got payment for my first withdrawal request, but what I would like to know is when. And maybe a little correspondence would be nice when i have emailed so many times.

Hi, i received the payment of $258 on 14/01/2019 and also my pending withdrawal is being looked at.
I would like to withdraw this complaint thanks, and hopefully won't have to make a new one waiting on payment of $1200.
