Hello Ask Gamblers. Again I find myself not having my pending withdrawals paid within the stated timeframes. I now have 3 pending withdrawals each for $2500 dated 2nd August 2022, 18th August 2022, and 24th August 2022 and each time I contact the live chat I’m told I just have to be patient. Even though their rules state pending payments will be reviewed within 5 business days and sent for payment within 7 business days. It’s been over 3 weeks since the first pending withdrawal was requested and it’s still pending. Your help resolving this matter is appreciated.

As apparent from the submitter's latest post, the AskGamblers Complaint Team is pleased to announce the case has been resolved and closed.
Should the player face issues with any oustanding withdrawal requests or payments which were not part of the present case or payments referring to another casino operator, the player is welcome to submit a separate complaint.

As promised, your payment was sent to our processor, Monday: 8/29 Paid AUD $4840.00 + No Service Fee for transactions #87274874 ($2,425.00), #87274842 ($2,415.00). I would expect the funds will reach your account early next week.
Regarding your recent win, this is still within our normal timeframe and should not be associated with this complaint. I will however, keep an eye on the withdrawal to ensure this is approved and sent for processing, as it should be.

Hi Tawni, I see 2 of my pending withdrawals have been approved and I still have 1 pending dated 24th August for $2500.
