I've been a VIP customer in good standing for over 2 years, with all documents in place. Back in March I won and submitted 2 withdrawals. One for $499, the other for $1400. Once ($1400) continues to sit in "PENDING" status since March 11th, while the other for a lesser amount has allegedly been sent out to me - allegedly "IN TRANSIT" for over 8 weeks! COME ON! I played and lost my monies without complaint, why when you finally win a few bucks, do they refuse to pay? I NEED HELP!

Dear Tawni & AskGamblers Community,
I DID finally receive my Bitcoin deposit today in the amount of $1301.04; my winnings were $1400, but these are "losses" for the exchange rate to USD (US dollars) upon deposit from RBC. Then IF you choose to "cash out" immediately, you will pay fees for the immediate sale, AND to the company in which you sold through. Yes, I sustained a total loss of $117.59 by the end of the sale. I could have waited and kept the Bitcoins in my "wallet", but after waiting almost 90 days for my winnings, I had little faith in the process, so I cashed out and figured I would just sustain the loss.
So there it is -- we have finally come to a close of this situation. Thanks, Tawni for your continued watch of this site and assisting me in getting my winnings. However! I do not feel as though this process has been a fair one; and I hope RBC makes the changes to their site, so they are being TRUTHFUL about their payment process!
Special THANKS to AskGamblers.com for being here for us! Without this site, I would more than likely be lost in the midst of this mess; still trying to get my winnings!
Kind Regards,
Deborah

Hi Deborah--
I'm very sorry, but this is something that was quite unexpected and we had to scramble to contact all players requesting checks and change payment methods. I've been with the company nearly ten years and I've not experienced anything like this.
I've checked with our Payments Manager and your payment is set to be issued today. Once I have confirmation this has been issued to your wallet, I'll be back to update you.

Now Raging Bull Casino is telling me that they can not pay me with a check. That I must take Bitcoin or open another bank account. UGH! Now I am going through the process of opening a Bitcoin wallet. This is UNFAIR. This is NOT what is advertised on their website for payment. This has been a nightmare.
What other choices do I have? So I am waiting now for them to deposit into my Bitcoin account.
