Owed money from the beginning of January 2019
After seeing that this casino accepts US players, I deposited, with a bonus, and won the first time I played here. I requested a withdrawal, knowing that they would deduct the bonus, which they did. Withdrawal was approved on January 4, 2019.
Haven't seen a dime yet. The only way to really get in contact with them is thru chat. I say this b/c responses to emails are auto generated saying "someone will get in touch with you in within (5) business days". Never happens. And I've never once gotten a live person with the phone numbers listed in the emails or anywhere else. Always a message asking you to leave a message. I have done so. Never gotten a return call either. Hmmmm . . . .
When I contacted customer support via live chat, I was told many different reasons why my wire transfer was delayed (although, oddly, sometimes I was told that it was moving along just fine) but always assured that it would be sent out "soon".
Finally someone told me I had to send verification documents in. Not an unusual request, though I have played at casinos (and gotten paid) that have not requested them. At any rate, I did so immediately and received their standard auto-reply email with a reference number. After waiting another 6-7 days I contacted them again. Oh, they had received the forms and needed time to verify. Really? By then I had moved.
I got on chat again last night to discuss this, only to discover that they "never received" the first verification forms I sent in. You know, the ones they claimed they received and needed time to verify. LOL So they cancelled my withdrawal request and put it back in my account. Yes, it was there. I played with the money again and actually won more. Isn't that nice since, from what I can tell, it may as well be play money b/c you never receive it if you win! I re-submitted forms last night with the new address and requested another withdrawal, and a message popped up that they had received my request and an email had been sent. As per the usual with this casino, I never received that email, either. I don't think it's hard to understand why I feel as if I'm getting the run around. Wait a minute, I am getting the run around from this place!
I have been told so many things by the chat representatives and heard so many excuses for their lack of payment that I've lost count! If I never receive my money, I will assume that Raging Bull is a rogue casino, willing to give any excuse they can think of to avoid paying out a win. Oftentimes, it's the customer's fault, also.
This is not my first time playing online so I know how it works. And, I have always gotten paid. There's just really no excuse for Raging Bull's ineptitude, it that's what it really is.
If there is any way anyone can straighten this out, I would appreciate it.
