I deposited 50 dollars on 11/18/21 took no bonuses and won 2200.00. I have contacted them everyday for the past 3 weeks and keep hearing the same old excuse. They just tell me their withdrawal team will review it as soon as possible and that they will contact me as soon as they hear anything back from their withdrawal team. I have already got one withdrawal from this casino and have provided all the documents that are required so that shouldn't be a problem. I have attached the withdrawal screen to this complaint.
