On the 3rd of September I requested a withdrawal of $1300. This was not associated with bonuses or free spins. After a few emails to which I got a generated Zendesk reply, I stopped getting any replies at all, It was very annoying as they take my money easy peasy. I had my card verified and gave them all the information they required.
