I have been trying to withdraw $2500 for over two months now they say it’s approved and were waiting on bank account details but I have sent them 3 times and they told me they have them but wanted to know witch casino and I answer them and haven’t heard anything back from them. When I do live chat with them they tell me they are waiting on my account details and then they stop replying to my message.

I apologize for the difficulties you've been experiencing with this.
You'll be pleased to know your payment has already been sent to our processor: 3/20 Paid AUD$2480 + $20 Service Fee for transaction #30252607. Due to a back up with our processor, wires are a bit delayed, however I would expect you'll find the funds in your account within the next couple days.
