Not meeting payout time frame again

Hope you’ve been well :)
I’m submitting a complaint cos my $1000 win which was requested on 17/02 (3120012), was removed from my account on 21/02/20, so I believe I should’ve been paid within 7 days of this date and would like you to follow please, as it’s already the 01/03/20.
I will comment that RBC have been meeting payout timeframes much better on my other more recent complaints, but the minute I put faith that timeframes will be met without putting through a complaint, they go over them again, hence why I’m back here at the Ask Gamblers forum :)
I have two other wins of $2500, requested on 20/02/20 (3131932)(3131938) for a total of $5000 which were removed from my payout transactions list on 28/02. And there is also one for $1100, reqested on 28/02/20 (3168672) which I know is still within agreed timeframes but I’d like to add a record of this one on this complaint as well.
I feel like when you just put faith that your payouts will get paid by RBC on time that something always comes up to delay the process, unless you submit a complaint to keep it on track which is really disappointing, so could please follow up the status of these payments Tawni? As I’d hate there to be any further delay with any of my payouts. :)
