I won $1231 in August which was aporoved september 18. I submitted all the correct documents yet still i have nothing. Every time i contact them it is another excuse resulting in me submitting documentation 3 times. I keep getting told it has been escalated yet i hear nothing. It is so frustrating. Please i request your help as I am getting no where with them
