Following a careful review and consideration of all the information, details and/or proof presented by the parties during the complaint process, the AskGamblers Complaint Team reached the conclusion that Raging Bull Casino management acted in accordance with their Terms and Conditions.
Based on the abovementioned information, the AskGamblers Complaint Team considers this case resolved and it is now officially closed. While we understand this might not be the outcome expected by the complainant, we would like to remind you that, in case of a disagreement with our decision, further assistance on the matter could be requested from the relevant regulatory body and/or appointed ADR entity.
I've reviewed your account and it unfortunately, you built your withdrawal on an uncollected deposit (we never received the funds for your deposit). We did receive an authorization for your deposit, however, your bank declined the payment once they were presented with the charge.
As you already mentioned in your complaint, the charge did not appear on your bank statement--this should make it clear that we never received the funds for the deposit.
As we've not received the funds for the deposit, there is no withdrawal to be paid.
I've sent the necessary evidence to AskGamblers management as proof that what I've stated is accurate.
