So I had 2 withdrawals sent to me over a week ago still haven't received my money yet how long will it take and will I receive my money
Total amount $7300
My bank can't see any amount of money that has been sent to my bank account either
Casino keeps saying the money gets sent to a service provider first then they send it to my bank account so has the money been sent or what I don't understand

I've reviewed your account and I see that your payments have already been sent to our processor:
8/18 Paid AUD $2480 + AUD $20 Service Fee for transaction #60288438
8/17 Paid AUD $4848 + AUD $20 Service Fee for transactions #60288256 ($2500) #60288254 ($2368)
Unfortunately, there's been a bit of a backlog with our processor, but my Payments Manager has told that it is expected that these wires will be confirmed as completed before the end of this week. As soon as I see the completion notes on your account, I'll be sure to come back to update you.
