No answers about my withdrawal for a month now

I am trying to get some answers on why my withdrawal is taking so long. I have tried so many times with the live chat team but am advised each time that it has been escalated. As lovely as the chat team are, I do know that is seems to be out of there hands & they can not give me the answers I need.
$2500 requested on the 27th Oct. That is now 37 days & 27 business days. I think I am well within my rights to have questions on why it is taking so long!! I am supposed to be a VIP4. I also have to go through deposit chat to get to VIP as the chat icon is never available do this at times takes over a half an hour to even start chatting.
