I have a withdrawal on 8/18 2021 for $800 and one on 9/11 2021 for $400 and this is getting ridiculous they just keep telling me it's been escalated and give them two to three days to respond. But they tell me they have a lot of withdrawals right now but they will get to it and not to worry and be patient. I can only be so patient how can they expect people to keep putting money into their casino if we're not getting it back at all.

Please remember that there is a 1x maximum withdrawal on comp points--this means you will only be eligible for a $200 withdrawal.
