My current withdrawal that has been pending since may 4th

On may 4, 2024 around 3:30 pm, I submitted my first, and likely last, withdrawal request from this casino. Using their initial deposit bonus, I deposited the minimum $30 and played a few of their featured slots to get up to $950.00. At that point I requested the withdrawal via Bitcoin to a copied BTC address I commonly use. My account is fully verified for redeeming funds.

Periodically over the next few days, I’d check in with live chat to ensure there was nothing stuck/holding up my withdrawal. 3 separate reps confirmed I am within the allotted timeframe for a withdrawal to move from pending to approved status (7 days) and if it wasn’t approved after day 7, to contact support again to have the withdrawal escalated. As we are now on business day 9, I contacted live support again. But this time, Live support rep told me “I'm afraid Bitcoin Withdrawals are not available for winnings made from cryptocurrencies.”

I don't know what that means… but the live rep recommended I process withdrawal for $950.00 via bank wire, by sending all relevant international bank wire instructions and verification documents to paymen­ts@­cas­ino­sup­por­tce­nte­rs.com . When I asked the rep on the time frame between me sending all required info to when the wire will be initiated, he said 2-4 hours. Even I thought that was a little ambitious of a time frame given the 9 days it’s already collected dust sitting in “pending”. As I work in corp banking, I understand wire instructions, especially international, differ from domestic. Nonetheless, I sent all wire instructions and multiple documents (bank statement within 60 days and proof of residency within 30 days, matching my acct address) . We are now well past 4 hours with no response or updates to speak of.

It may be helpful to mention the live support rep also said there is no need to cancel my current withdrawal that has been pending since may 4th. I didn’t cancel because I don’t want to restart this 7-day pending period all over again.

I can say with 100% certainty I did not violate any of the terms of service, playthrough requirements, “mixing funds”, or other bonus rules that would lead me to believe these winnings are not completely valid, and now beyond the given timeframe, certainly delayed.

I’m asking for help to be connected with someone who can at least clarify:

1. Why I was not made aware of this inability to withdraw via the method I chose 12 days ago. And...

2. A realistic time frame that this bank wire will actually be reviewed and moved to the next queue of “approved” , and then hopefully, disbursed.

I completely understand your frustration--at times, I don't understand how/why things are done as they are in our support center. I'll definitely pass your suggestion on to the head of that department.

As far as I can see, there should be nothing else to hold up your withdrawal other than your bank statement. As I've already promised, as soon as I receive this, I'll make sure your payment is sorted straight away.

Twani, thank you for your reply. I've seen other complaints and appreciate the work you put in to resolve all of them. I will send you an email when my next statement is generated showing a positive balance as well as contact my bank again for the SWIFT code for FedACH/FedWire specifically.

If I may suggest, when I was sent the bank wire instructions/prompt from the live chat, it did not mention a positive balance must show on the bank statement-- I would suggest that this be included in those instructions going forward. I would've selected one of my other Bank accounts/statements that does show a positive balance had I known that was a requirement. It's hard for us, as users, to just assume whats needed to payout if all requirements are not included in your promts.

My one request is to please look into my account and make sure there is nothing else outstanding/ anything that would further delay my payout after I email you my statement and SWIFT code. It seems every time I get closer to receiving my payout, something else pops up that I need to complete/revise and delays the disbursement even more.

Hi Matt--

I'm truly sorry for the frustration you've been experiencing with this.

Just a couple bits that may help you understand what we are asking for...

First, it is our processor that requires an active bank account. If they see a negative balance on a statement, they will not send a wire to that account. This is to minimize the risk that an account may be closed once the wire is sent off.

Regarding your SWIFT code, there are three types: FedACH, FedWire and FedACH/FedWire combined. What we need is the combined FedACH/FedWire code. Please contact your bank and ask for this.

Last, once you've received your next statement, please send this along with the correct SWIFT code directly to me (I've attached my email address for you to use). As soon as I receive this, I'll arrange for your withdrawal to be paid without further delays.

I have one and been paid by this Casino in the past and also been denied. I stopped playing there because the runaround they gave you but they kept messaging me and claiming that they’ve changed their policies and they’re fast now blah blah blah anyhow so I’ve deposited a few times and I won going on. I think 67 days now and I’ve heard nothing from them and I know that first thing they’re gonna say is all we need to verify well they already have my information. Nothing has changed my address. My drivers license is all the same as it was six months ago when they paid me for a winning and also I’m not sure why, but my account was under my first and last name but now it’s and letters, which seems odd. I deposited it with liitecoin cryptocurrency through my Coinbase wallet. When making the deposit it told me to choose light coin because it would make withdrawing fast easy and seamless, but when I went to withdraw, the light coin option was not available so I had to choose bitcoin which since suspect they’re always trying to pull something at this Casino tactics redundancy and frates annoying especially because I stopped playing there and they pulled me back in and then I won and now they’re doing the same thing I attached my withdraw request and the only correspondence regarding my withdrawal which sent automatically and instantly once you request a cash out. I’ve messaged live chat and they say it’s been received but can’t tell me anything more.

Approved Withdrawals Reversed Delayed And Not Paid Since March
I have been attempting to resolve withdrawal issues with Raging Bull Casino since March 2.

At this time, I have approximately 12500 in pending and unpaid withdrawals on my account, many of which have been sitting since March and April without being processed.

A withdrawal of 2500 was approved and split into two payments of 1250. One portion of this withdrawal is no longer visible or has been removed from my account.

In addition, a previous withdrawal was reduced significantly due to applied deductions. However, the remaining payments have not been processed consistently and have been delayed multiple times.

Several withdrawals have been delayed repeatedly, in some cases four or more times, without clear explanation or updated timelines.

I also have multiple other withdrawals that remain delayed with no clear processing schedule.

I have made repeated attempts to contact support through chat, email, and other channels and have been ignored or provided with no meaningful response.

My concerns are:

1. Approved withdrawals are being split, reduced, or removed without clear explanation
2. Payments are repeatedly delayed and not processed as expected
3. Ongoing lack of communication and ignored support requests

I am requesting:

- Clarification and reinstatement of the missing portion of the 2500 withdrawal
- A clear explanation of how deductions are being applied and how remaining balances are processed
- Processing of all pending withdrawals totaling approximately 12500

I am seeking resolution for the full amount owed and immediate attention to this matter.
