My current withdrawal that has been pending since may 4th
On may 4, 2024 around 3:30 pm, I submitted my first, and likely last, withdrawal request from this casino. Using their initial deposit bonus, I deposited the minimum $30 and played a few of their featured slots to get up to $950.00. At that point I requested the withdrawal via Bitcoin to a copied BTC address I commonly use. My account is fully verified for redeeming funds.
Periodically over the next few days, I’d check in with live chat to ensure there was nothing stuck/holding up my withdrawal. 3 separate reps confirmed I am within the allotted timeframe for a withdrawal to move from pending to approved status (7 days) and if it wasn’t approved after day 7, to contact support again to have the withdrawal escalated. As we are now on business day 9, I contacted live support again. But this time, Live support rep told me “I'm afraid Bitcoin Withdrawals are not available for winnings made from cryptocurrencies.”
I don't know what that means… but the live rep recommended I process withdrawal for $950.00 via bank wire, by sending all relevant international bank wire instructions and verification documents to payments@casinosupportcenters.com . When I asked the rep on the time frame between me sending all required info to when the wire will be initiated, he said 2-4 hours. Even I thought that was a little ambitious of a time frame given the 9 days it’s already collected dust sitting in “pending”. As I work in corp banking, I understand wire instructions, especially international, differ from domestic. Nonetheless, I sent all wire instructions and multiple documents (bank statement within 60 days and proof of residency within 30 days, matching my acct address) . We are now well past 4 hours with no response or updates to speak of.
It may be helpful to mention the live support rep also said there is no need to cancel my current withdrawal that has been pending since may 4th. I didn’t cancel because I don’t want to restart this 7-day pending period all over again.
I can say with 100% certainty I did not violate any of the terms of service, playthrough requirements, “mixing funds”, or other bonus rules that would lead me to believe these winnings are not completely valid, and now beyond the given timeframe, certainly delayed.
I’m asking for help to be connected with someone who can at least clarify:
1. Why I was not made aware of this inability to withdraw via the method I chose 12 days ago. And...
2. A realistic time frame that this bank wire will actually be reviewed and moved to the next queue of “approved” , and then hopefully, disbursed.
