Major Payment Delays
Two payments totaling $1,083 were approved on 12/18/24. Multiple excuses and delays with no real explanation from any of the customer service or finance team. I get the same answer everytime I reach out to check the status of the withdrawal. They blame it on the payment service provider and say they have no control over it. I've withdrawn multiple times with the same bank and there is always some sort of excuse for the delay. This process should be quicker and more simple.
