Back in 1/8 I won and withdrawel requested my winnings of $6k...

Submitted all documents immediately.

Processed first 19/8 and returned to my balance as they didn't accept my bank, even though they verified the details originally weeks before.

A supervisor assured me they would personally see to my payment being processed immediately. That hasn't happened and I'm still waiting. I'm being given different dates, times to wait etc etc and now over a month later and nothing.

Wires were sent again 24/8 and 25/8 and NOTHING and they keep telling me check back in a week constantly.

I've reviewed your account and I do see that your withdrawals have already been sent to our processor:

8/25 Paid AUD $2480.00 + AUD $20 Service Fee for transaction #60637741
8/24 Paid AUD $3007 + $20 Service Fee for transactions #60637743 ($527), #60637742 ($2500)

The wire from the 25th was confirmed on the 7th, so those funds should already be in your account. I'm not seeing confirmation for the wire from the 24th, so I've sent a query to our processor regarding this. As soon as I have a reply, I'll be back with another update.

I apologize, as I misspoke slightly in my previous reply. It is the wire from the 24th which was confirmed--the wire from the 25th I've sent the query on. ;-)
