Lies over lies regarding my $1,500 withdrawal
Good evening...I'm just shocked of the fact that so many people had troubles with payouts from Raging Bull Casino...
My name is Soraya I deposited $80 on the casino with a bonus which gives you a maximum cash out of $2500, I won this money but decided to play a little more and stopped at $1500, requested a withdrawal on the 7th of July. At first had some problems sending the documents..few days later got an email saying my emails bounced back...contacted the chat 3 or 4 times and got told to resend all my documents...until finally one person told me that was the wrong email address.
Sent all my documents again to the correct email address and at last got a response back saying they received and updated the account which has been verified. At the same time I had to send all bank information with other details and a bank statement to a second email address, sent the transfer wire information for the second time because no one in the chat was able to help me or even worse left the chat, disgusting. Got asked for a reference number which I never received, only got the one for the documents team.
After feeling frustrated and got told to send everything again I finally received a reference number, this time from the payout team, number being 7052436. This reference number got generated on the 22/07/2020. Still, I tried to contact the team which didn't reply, always polite, in chat as well, last time I requested a withdraw through a different casino have to send like 3 documents..3 days later money was in my bank account. Responses I got were pretty rude through several chats that kept sending me the same story of the documents and details I need to send, despite the fact I kept telling them I already did, people leaving the chat and saying we are going around in circle because they don't have an answer, lies in regards of receiving documents...why would I have emails and screenshots and a reference number then...pretty dumb...Then my withdrawal request had been cancelled with no explanation and I had to re-do it again on the 24th of July and after losing my patience and telling the payout team they have to pay me my money they "kindly" sent me another reference number, 7087208.
As per today I recontacted the chat, spoke to Ginny and asked her to do her best to check this withdrawal, she contacted the support/payout team and I received an email from them, apparently after sending my details twice, they didn't receive any documents or bank statement so got an email explaining the same things I have to send and this time haven't even got asked for the bank statement. I sent everything again and asked to get a response back straight away to make sure they finally have all my details, but guess what, nothing. Recontacted the chat asking for the person from the support team and she couldn't even guarantee she spoke to him and simply told me she's sure they received all my details.
What a joke!
I'm lost and the more I read people's complaint the more it looks I'm exactly in the same situation...I'll cancel my account from this horrible Raging Bull Casino as soon as I receive my funds.
Meanwhile I put my trust in you and please once everyone is sorted out block Raging Bull that is only taking advantage of everyone.
