Kept Winnings and Closed my Account
On 4/14/18, I won a jackpot in the amount of$ 2,311.34 playing slots using the 275% bonus. I had just started playing here at Raging Bull and this was my first jackpot here. I initially lost 400-500 dollars in deposits playing slots before winning this jackpot. I submitted a withdrawal request after chatting with Jennifer Davis, which she informed me to submit the following documents:
1-Copy of an Identification (Driver's License or Passport)
2-Copy of all the Credit/Debit Cards you have used to deposit
3 -Utility bill (Showing your name and address)
4-Signed Certification Form for all the Credit/Debit Cards used:
I was also informed that after submitting the documents above, there would be a verification and approval process that would take 7-10 business days then they would send the request to their processor and forward me the money either via check or bitcoin depending on my request.
After 10 days, I tried logging into my account but to my surprise I was unable to do so. I started a chat session and I got the following response.

I am sorry to inform you that your casino access has been revoked. The decision is, unfortunately, non-reversible. Any casino account can be closed based solely on our discretion as part of our policies to ensure game fairness, the safekeeping of company assets, and our third-party processors. Your understanding is appreciated.
I further asked if my account was closed because I just won and requested a withdrawal and I got the following response.

I'm terribly sorry, it's a casino decision based on many factors. I wish I could share with you the specific reason but unfortunately myself and my manager don't have access to that information. I wish I could provide you additional information but unfortunately, casino rules don't allow me to. Thanks for your understanding and take care.
So within a week of opening an account at Raging Bull, my account was closed after I submitted a withdrawal request upon winning my first jackpot there from playing slots. I do not have accounts at any of their sister casino’s. How is Raging Bull a reputable casino if they close your account upon winning and upon requesting a withdrawal? They didn’t have any problems taking my deposits but closed my account once I made a withdrawal request.
I am not sure if this is an honest case of mistaken identity (I have only played online casinos for a few months and have never had a problem anywhere) or if they are just trying to get out of paying. In any event, I think it is only fair that I am paid the amount that I have fairly won. After that, it is, obviously, their choice whether they want me as a customer. Thank you for your help.
