Keeps delaying payment
I requested a withdrawal of $500 on 04/19. The bonus amount was $120 which left a w/d of $380. On 05/02 (day 11) I chatted with Connor, who escalated it to the finance team. On 05/04 (day 13) it was approved. On 05/05, it stated my expected payout date was 05/13. On 05/14 (day 20), payment was delayed and new expected payout date was 05/18. On 05/18 (day 22) still no payment. New expected payment date was 05/21. On 5/19, specialist said that he escalated the payment again and to check back in 24-72 hours. On 5/21 I chatted with another specialist, who told me to check back Monday. During this time frame, they have requested new proof of address twice, which was just done right before I requested the withdrawal. They also tried telling me it has to be a wire transfer and they needed all my bank info etc. I had already submitted all info they were requesting a few months ago with no changes. Once I informed them that these things were already completed and that I have the ticket numbers and chat transcripts, then they tell me the finance department has made an exception and approved it for a bitcoin withdrawal instead. Then they just tell me to check back. To recap, I requested withdrawal on 04/19, it was approved on 05/04 and I still haven’t received any payment.
