It's been a solid month already
First and foremost, I'd like to take a paragraph to say thank you for the service provided here and also to say that if I do anything to violate a rule or otherwise do something unwelcome, please inform me and I will do what is needed to resolve it. I am new to this forum and I apologize for any amount of ignorance that may come with my being new.
I'd like to preface this by saying that, yes, I am already well aware of the reputation of Raging Bull Casino and I am also well aware of the specifics regarding their payout guidelines.
It has now been exactly one month since I submitted my last withdrawal request via bitcoin. It's in the amount of 700 dollars. I submitted it on September 10th.
I have spoken with customer service reps 5 separate times and the last 4 times I was told that my situation would be "escalated" to the correct department and my withdrawal would be expedited. There has been no indication of any change or progress.
All of my documents have been verified already and I have confirmed the legitimacy of my winnings multiple times now.
Attached to this complaint are screenshots of transactions as well as my most recent couple of interactions with their customer service representatives.
Please help me!! This is an agonizing and unacceptable situation as far as I'm concerned.
I have had a successful withdrawal with them before. My first withdrawal was completed in EXACTLY the same amount of time as described in their guidelines. 7 to 10 days for approval and 7 to 10 days for processing. It was completed successfully in exactly 7 days and 7 days.
