It's been 2 months since I made my withdraw they sent it but still haven't received

It's been 2months (26/06/2019) since I made my withdraw, all my documents were approved, my payment was approved, they told me they sent it on the 1/08/19 and I would get it within 5-10 business days, it's now been 14 business days and still havnt gotten my money and i keep getting told I'll get it soon, I'm sick of waiting and want my money asap
