They took money out of my account instantly to let me play I won $1797.81 they verified my documents I was waiting on my payout to be approved and now they have blocked me out of my account. I have screen shots of conversations and and I did everything on my part they should not be allowed to take money and to ask for personal information and ID if they are not prepared to payout at their end. It is not fair trading. I feel like I have been scammed by this casino and would not recommend them to anyone.

We thank both parties for their assistance during the complaint process.
As mentioned previously, our processor confirmed the wire was completed on the 14th--by now you certainly should have received the funds in your account.
If you've not received the funds, I'll need for you to send me a copy of your bank statement which would begin on the 14th to present day. This will need to be a copy of your paper statement (not a screenshot of online banking), as this contains certain account information that we'll need to verify against the information we've sent the payment to.
I've attached my email address for you to send the statement to.
